We keep trying to contact and email but no one is getting back to us. Truly upset and devastated. Hotel booking cancelled without any notice by email despite having booked months ago.
Apparently the hotel has been closed for refurbishment, now left having to figure out how to get a refund. The way this has been handled has been very poor and would not give me any confidence that any other booking with this hotel group was secure even though confirmed. Colin A I arrived at the hotel on 15 June for my booked stay and the front door was locked with a sign appended to it saying "Hotel Closed".
I went in through the back door and found various members of staff more shocked than I was as they turned up for work to find that they had lost their jobs. There were no systems available to check what was going on. When I checked my email I found an email notifying me that my stay that I had already checked in for had been cancelled.
